Returns and Exchanges


Should there be a need to return and exchange of products, please note that the items have to be new, undamaged, unwashed, clean, and garment tags still attached nicely. Please take note that we will be unable to accept any returns or exchanges that vary from the above mentioned standard, and will be returned to customers at your own cost.

 

Wrong Item

If you receive incorrect items, we sincerely apologize for the mix-up. Please contact us through contact@pozo-official.com and we will rectify the order with utmost speed to fulfil the order you originally ordered. 

 

Defective Item

 All items are checked thoroughly and carefully before they are sent out by our dedicated team of quality control staff. Any further irregularities may be caused by the process of garments. Should such an unfortunate event happen, please send us a picture of the defect, along with a description of it and we will decide whether it is exchangeable or not. We would like to assure all our customers that no reasonable request will be turned away.

 

Timely Shipping

 All items for return/exchanges must be mailed back to us within 3 days of arrival. Customers are responsible for all fees related to the return shipping, with the only exception being the case of us shipping you a wrong order.
