How to Order
* In order to purchase Pozo items, you need to REGISTER as our member first and then sign in. If you are an existing member you can just SIGN IN using your registered email. This will only take a short while and after that you will not need to keep entering your shipping and billing addresses, unless you would like it to be delivered somewhere else. Please note that order tracking and viewing your order history can only be accessed after signing in to your account.
1. Check out our selection, especially our newest collection
2. Once you have found an item you wish to purchase, select your size and click on the ADD TO SHOPPING BAG button underneath each item.
3. Please be reminded that only REGISTERED members are able to purchase Pozo Items. (Please see above)
4. View your shopping bag by clicking the SHOPPING BAG link at the top of the page.
5. If you’ve changed your mind, you can use the REMOVE FROM BASKET link to remove items from your shopping bag or click CONTINUE SHOPPING link to add more items.
6. Click on PROCEED TO PURCHASE to complete your order.
7. Click CHECK OUT with a payment choice of Bank Transfer to our BCA Bank registered account number.
8. Your orders will lapse if no payment is made within 2 days (48 hours).
9. Lastly, you have to click CONFIRM PAYMENT on the top right of the page after you made the bank transfer. (Please note that you would need to sign in first before you confirm the payment.)
10. Your order will be processed 2 business days after we have received the payment.
